Axle C Gussets for Jeep Wrangler
The Dana 30 and Dana 44 axle C's are prone to bending when subject to moderate to heavy off-road use; especially, when you run 35-inch or larger tires. The bending will throw off your camber and can eventually lead to other damage. Our answer to that problem is a set of gussets that significantly strengthen the inner C's.
Our gusset set includes an upper and lower gusset for each side of the axle made from high strength 3/16-inch steel. The gussets require welding to the axle; however, we have simplified that as much as possible by welding the seam in the lower gusset. The gussets will fit JK Dana 30 and Dana 44 axles.
